What is the construction process?

It all Starts with Contacting Us!
We will visit your site and work with you to understand your needs, develop a budget and a timetable to complete your project.
We commit to timely work, a clean jobsite, a responsible crew, and your complete satisfaction.
Also remember that sometimes it ALL Starts with reliable Land Survey.

How long does it take to get an estimate?

From the time we conduct a site visit, and depending on the size of the project, you can expect a Project Estimate with 7 to 10 days. Please be aware that factors such as the season, and work load can cause these times to vary.

Will I be able to request changes during the project?

Changes happen. Ideas are always fluid, and we know that as work proceeds, sometimes original ideas need to be flexible. Nothing is cast in concrete until it is! Even then changes can be made. Please just realize that adjustments in costs will follow those change orders.
It also deserves mentioning that Excavation Work involves digging in the ground. No one knows what soil and rock conditions exist two inches below the ground! Especially on the Olympic Peninsula.
